They haven't cited me, yet! Well, this is interesting. In its Penaranda case, which was the subject of this post, the Second Circuit actually cites to a blog. No, not to Second Opinions, drat the luck. It cites to the Sentencing Law and Policy blog. Well, I can only hope that someday it will happen to me.
